Strategy from a child's perspective is about figuring out how to afix HotWheels race car tracks from the top of the refrigerator, across the dinner table, along side the cabinets with a triple loop-to-loop for the race grand finale, while appeasing mom, finishing homework and all against a time clock because a backyard football game was brewing and just minutes away....Strategy.
