  • Small group Slade 360 (strategic needs assessment)  - $500 and includes intentional dialogue with 7-10 of your stakeholders (about 25 hours)
  • Large group Slade 360 (strategic needs assessment) - $900 - $1,500 and includes intentional dialogue with 12-20 stakeholders (about 40-80 hours)
  • Strategic planning session(s) - Starting at $500 and includes intentional dialogue and facilitation with predetermined outcomes and action steps.

  • Brand Persona Interview - $300 and includes a 45 minute video session interview that specifically highlights your culture, vision and mission, and providing you with 3 vignettes to be used on your web and social media platforms (typically 3-5 hours)
  • Social Brand Build - starting at $300/social platform and includes a strategic marketing plan, specific goals and measurable outcomes (about 5-10 hours)
